2.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be completed through our official website. Confirmation is sent via email upon successful payment.

2.2 Payment Method: We accept USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency payments on ERC-20, TRC-20, and BEP-20 networks. All prices are quoted in USDT.

2.3 Payment Security: All transactions are processed through secure blockchain technology. We do not store your wallet credentials.

2.4 Pricing: All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is final.

3.1 Ticket Delivery: Digital tickets will be sent to your registered email address upon booking confirmation.

3.2 Entry Requirements: You must present valid photo identification matching the name on your booking at the venue.

3.3 Transfer Policy: Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your package terms.

3.4 Age Restrictions: Age restrictions vary by event. It is your responsibility to ensure all guests meet age requirements.

4.1 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

4.2 Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or alternative date.

4.3 No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to arrive on time.

5.1 Package Inclusions: All package perks and inclusions are subject to availability and artist approval.

5.2 Meet & Greet: Meet and greet opportunities are subject to artist availability and schedule. We reserve the right to modify or cancel meet and greet sessions with 24 hours notice.

5.3 Guest Limits: Each package has a specified maximum number of guests. Additional guests are not permitted.

6.1 Venue Rules: You must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund.

6.2 Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, professional recording equipment, and other prohibited items are not allowed.

6.3 Disruptive Behavior: We reserve the right to remove guests engaging in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

7.1 Limited Liability: Ticket to Luxury acts as an intermediary between customers and event organizers. We are not liable for artist performance, venue conditions, or third-party services.

7.2 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at events.

7.3 Health and Safety: Attending events is at your own risk. We recommend appropriate travel insurance and health precautions.
